Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that do not have a manufacturing error or defect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The wrong item or design was shipped.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  3. Return the item in new condition and original packaging (if applicable).

Once received and reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund promptly for the same product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
